General Eligibility Requirements (in addition to the above):

The Competition is open to all Indian residents’ aged 18 or over on the Competition start date. Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number and e-mail id and Facebook/Instagram account.
Participants must purchase for a minimum cart value of INR 2000 between 30^th October to 30^th November 2020 to stand eligible for the contest and use coupon code “DIWALI” at the time of checkout. This is the basic requirement.

Participation in this contest is purely voluntary and using code “DIWALI” at the time of checkout means accepting the before and afore mentioned terms and conditions of this contest.
Both the giveaways have a separate set of T&Cs which must be adhered to or your entry shall be disqualified

Alberto Torresi shall not charge any amount for participation in the contest and the sole criteria for participation shall be submitting entries in the manner stipulated below.

Contest Giveaways/Prizes to be won:

Two 2 Redmi 8 A dual mobile phones to be won basis lucky draw of the eligible customers/candidates on 9th November, 16th November, 23rd November and 30th Novemnber’2020. On each day 2 winners shall be announced.

Redmi 8A Dual Phone – Eligibility, Declaration, Terms and Conditions:

2 Redmi 8A Dual mobile phones announced every day on 9th November, 16th November, 23rd November and 30th Novemnber’2020. On each day 2 winners shall be announced via Lucky Draw for eligible customers.
The day the winner is to be announced, sales till 5 PM of the same will be taken into account for example the winner to be announced on 8^th Nov, sales till 8^th Nov 5 PM to be into account while the sales after that to be taken into account the next day till 5 PM and so on.
The announcement shall be done via official Alberto Torresi’s Facebook and Instagram everyday between 7-8 PM IST.
Customer fulfilling all eligibility criterion will only be considered. Also, more preference to be given to customers with high cart value and maximum shares, Likes, Subscribes and the best videos
The logistic cost for the delivery of the phones to the required address shall be borne by Alberto Torresi.
The color of the phone is subjected to availability and may not be same as per the winner’s demand or choice.
Since, the contest is not sponsored, the invoice of the Mobile phone shall be in the name of Alberto Torresi, however the same shall be handed over to the luck winner to claim issues under warranty.
All luck winners to post videos on their Facebook and Instagram handle tagging Alberto Torresi pages and the same video to be used by Alberto Torresi on their official online handles and platforms
In case the lucky winner denies the prize for any reason/situation/circumstances, Alberto Torresi reserves the right to cancel the prize/giveaway or give it to the second-best nomination

Bumper Prize - Maruti Alto Car – Eligibility, Declaration, Terms and Conditions:

Post assessment of all eligible entries from 30th October-30th November’20 till 5 PM, bumper prize of Maruti Alto car shall be announced on Alberto Torresi official Facebook and Instagram handle between 7-8 PM on 7th December ’20
Customer fulfilling all eligibility criterion will only be considered. Also, more preference to be given to customers with high cart value and maximum shares, Likes, Subscribes and the best videos.
Participants must create a video wearing Alberto Torresi merchandise with the script “Khareedon Khushiyan with Alberto Torresi” and tag the Alberto Torresi official Instagram and FB handles.
Quality of Video shared by the customers will be a very important criteria for eligible entries.
The winner of Maruti Alto 800 will have come to Agra, Uttar Pradesh to collect the car, the transportation will not be arranged by Alberto Torresi
The color of the car is subjected to availability and may not be same as per the winner’s demand or choice.
The winner of Maruti Alto 800 will have to bear all the on road, registration and insurance expenses with respect to the state they belong to wherein Albert Torresi shall bear only the ex-showroom price of the Maruti Alto 800 car
The winner of Maruti Alto 800 is mandated to click a picture/ shoot a video with Maruti Alto 800 and the same to be used as advertisement vehicle across all online and offline platforms.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and in case such a demand is made, Alberto Torresi reserves the right to cancel the prize or give it to the second-best nomination

Merchandise Bought Under “Diwali Bumper Mela” are subjected to the following:

All orders above INR 2000 with coupon code “DIWALI” will be eligible for the contest
All product bought under this contest are non-returnable.
Only exchanges of the products can take place if:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product delivered
Size does not fit
Color Variation or do not like the product

All the logistic cost/courier cost for all exchanges to be borne by the customer.
All exchange items to be booked basis product required product availability
All exchange items need to pass the quality check at the Alberto Torresi facility.
No images submitted at the time of placing of the exchange request, shall be rejected and request cannot be placed again
All orders cancelled before delivery shall be not eligible for the “Diwali Bumper Mela” contest
All orders that are not eligible for the “Diwali Bumper Mela” contest are eligible for Return and Exchanges as per the normal Alberto Torresi Return, Refund and Exchange policy.

General Terms & Conditions:

Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the Contest.
The Winners of the contest will be selected basis a lucky draw of eligible entries and the video entries that fulfil the eligibility criteria.
5 best video entries will be featured on Alberto Torresi social media platforms and website. From the shortlisted 5 entries, one main winner will be chosen
The script given for this video is mandatory and template basis which the most innovative videos shall be chosen
Best video to be run as a YouTube Ad for 10 days post the contest and to be featured as the video of the month across social media platforms, as an ad and on the website.
This contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Alberto Torresi to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Alberto Torresi to conduct further, similar or other contests in future.

Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the participant. Alberto Torresi shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason

Alberto Torresi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.
There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Alberto Torresi reserves the right to substitute either any part of Prize or whole Prize for similar prize of equal or greater value.
Alberto Torresi shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Competition, the redemption or use of the Prizes.

Subject to applicable laws, Alberto Torresi shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Competition or accepting any part of the Prize

Material sent to Alberto Torresi including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submission of an entry to this Competition shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Alberto Torresi shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback, materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Alberto Torresi is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose.
Each participant understands that each of the officials of Alberto Torresi engaged in the organization and management of this Competition including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants, and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of this Competition
The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Alberto Torresi harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Alberto Torresi due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
Any disputes, differences and/or any other matters in relation to and arising out of this Promotion and, or pertaining to these terms and conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore alone. The Rules of Indian Council of Arbitration(“Rules”) shall apply to the arbitration proceedings and the arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator to be appointed as per the Rules.
Each participant must ensure that his or her participation in the promotion is lawful in accordance with the laws of India. Neither Alberto Torresi nor its representatives or agents shall be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any participant's participation in the Competition
