And therefore, provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.

How can I return/replace a product?

We have made the process conducive for you with the most customer friendly “no questions asked” return/exchange policy effective for up to 15 days from the date of receipt, as long as it is in its original packaging accompanied with its invoice.

Please be informed that on claiming any manufacturing defect, we will pick up the product right from your doorstep. There will be no shipment charges for the reverse pick up.

Or else, if you choose to send back the product due to other reasons, you can return the merchandise via courier accompanied with the return form. Just remember to send us your mail at customercare@albertotorresi.com, with your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment mentioned and specifying the reason for return/replacement. Upon receipt of your request, you will be provided with the required shipping address where you can return the product in its original packing for further quality check. Replacement, if applicable will be couriered to you or a credit note will be available for unhampered products.

For COD Parcel, you will be refunded the money in Alberto store credit, which can be used for any purchases on Albertotoressi.com in future.

What are the transfer charges to return/replace the product?

In order to compensate for your inconvenience, Alberto Torresi Shoes will bear the cost of transferring back the product. However you will have to bear the cost of sending the product to us.
