About regular Return or Refund

We strive for your satisfaction on every purchase and make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit.You are most welcome to try on a product and exchange but make sure it is in its prime condition just how it was during the time of arrival.The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position when it reaches back to our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request.

To return shoes, please observe these guidelines:

  • Returns are accepted upto7 days from delivery.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging, accessories and with brand tags intact.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that your item is received, along with the the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your own bank account depending on the refund mode you choose, within a certain amount of days.

About late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is pending, we suggest you to allow the entire process some time and keep checking your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company, if required.

Please note that no product purchased under any promotion or sale is eligible for a refund. Only the regular priced items can be refunded.

About refunds on gift purchase

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return provided that the item was marked as gift at the time of purchase. We will send you a gift certificate as a confirmation mail once the return item is delivered.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present you later, the refund will be credited to the gift giver’s account.

Shipping

We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
